#Purex Plus Clorox 2 Stainfighter-Removes 100 Stains! #Giveaway for #Coupon! #PurexPlusClorox2 #SocialInsiders

Disclosure: The Purex® brand provided me with a sample of Purex® plus Clorox 2® detergent in exchange for a product review. However all the opinions expressed here are my own.

Just this past week, I came home from being gone for 6 weeks. Now, I did not come home with 6 weeks worth of laundry but I did come home with enough dirty laundry to fill a small basket. While I was away, I was lucky enough to have received a free full-sized sample of a new Purex with Clorox2 in it. Heck, I used it while I was away. This should tell you have much I like the brand.

This new Purex fights 100 stains. Yes, you read that right, 100! This is a good thing for me as I have a tendency to drop food and drink right on the ole' shelf. You know what I mean? Inevitably, it happens.

Actually, for a long time, it happened so often, that a friend of mine nicknamed me, "Spot."
I took his nickname in stride but I do not have to take stains in stride. It works! Case in point, I had dropped some salad dressing on my shirt. I rubbed a little of the Purex with Clorox2 in it and let it set a couple of minutes before putting it in the wash. BAM, it was gone!
So, what is the toughest stain you have ever had to get out of some article of clothing? Did it come out?

Would you like to try Purex with Clorox2 for yourself? You would? Good!
I am giving away two coupons of the product to two of my lucky readers to get it for free. All you have to do is enter below for your chance. Good luck and happy washing!

  1. My day was pretty boring thank the Lord. I gave Comcast a piece of my mind. I crocheted for a while while I watched Quiet Man with John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara, and then I went to the store came home cooked supper and blogged some more now I'm off to bed.

  2. I'm sitting here with my Eclectus Parrot on my shoulder and looking out my window at a partly cloudy/sunny day....

  3. Today, i am working on putting up a new fence with my husband in the backyard. A bear came down last week and destroyed the fence. I didn't see it but neighbor said it was huge.

Hickies Shoe Lacing System #Review #LifeWithoutLaces @usfg

Have you ever had a problem keeping your shoe laces tied? I have this problem all of the time and it drives me nutty. I work on my feet all day and inevitably, my shoe laces come undone and I am tripping over them. Even double tying them does not help. Alas, I found the perfect solution in a little gem called Hickies! I know the name sounds funny but these little plastic "ties" pack a wallop.

All I had to do was take out my existing shoe laces and then replace each one with the plastic "tie" into each hole. It was seriously easy! The system allows the user to put the "laces" in different ways too. I used the regular fit but I could have chosen to use a looser or tighter fit.
Check out this video that shows how easy it really is. HICKIES LACING SYSTEM-REGULAR FIT

As you can see, my Hickies are red. I also received a gray pair but wanted to use the red. They actually come in all sorts of fun colors to fit the users style. Kids can use them in their shoes t…
